SAMSUNG's Galaxy Note 9 was finally unveiled on August 9th at the company's highly anticipated Unpacked event in New York City.

INFiLED’s 400㎡ DF5 interactive dance floor was shining bright on-stage, creating eye-catching supporting visuals for the event. The LED floor display measured 16m wide by 25m long and consisted of 1600 DF5 panels that covered the whole stage, sometimes displaying colorful video content, sometimes used as electronic cue card, and sometimes just turned to black when the focus needed to be on the speaker. When viewed from a proper vantage point, video content seamlessly blended from the backdrop display into the LED floor display, bringing the much-admired WOW-factor to the event.

All video equipment was provided and operated by INFiLED’s rental partner Creative Technology Group, Inc. (CT), who currently own 500 m2 of INFiLED DF5. Graham Andrews, President of CT, speaks highly of the DF-series: “ When the need for a new floor product came up we considered many options but chose the INFiLED DF5 because of a number of factors: option for a darker top surface, outdoor capable, viewing angle and most importantly the speed of rigging. On its first show we were able to install 400sqm in a little over 6 hours, from truck to operational display”.

INFiLED's 2nd generation dance floor panel takes the standard for floor screens to an entirely new level. It delivers the best performance when it comes to high contrast, anti-reflective and anti-slip surface, and heavy load bearing capacity. But it also adds to that the ability to build screens of any size at lightning speed because of its specially designed touring frames with integrated power and data connection. Its innovative module design also makes it possible to replace an LED module in less than 5 seconds in case of LED failure. All this makes the DF-series the ultimate LED floor display product for rental and staging.
